A little time travel here, back to Summer 2009 when I met up with my family at my brother's home in Switzerland. Those Swiss have it good - everywhere you look there are picturesque views, it's astoundingly beautiful. This photo was taking looking out from a funicular going up a mountain (yes, there's the edge of the window frame, sorry about that :)

At the top of the mountain we met these feathered friends, to whom the sky belongs. They were soaring up there, along with some intrepid humans who were leaping off the mountain with parasails - amazing, I'd LOVE to do that!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful photographs. I've never been to Switzerland (unless I was too young to remember), but I'm sure I'd love it as mountains are my favorite scenery.
