Hi All! Well, after such a long time without posting there has been a whole lot of life going on. It has been a busy year, with love and loss, happy times and hard times, and here we are still wandering along life's path.
Rather than spend a lot of time and space explaining what's been going on, how about just celebrating the here and now? We just enjoyed the Summer Solstice here in California, and now July 4th is upon us. Back home in Australia it's the middle of winter, so they just celebrated the Winter Solstice. I do love the way our fabulous planet works, how amazing that we all share the same flow of seasons at different times depending on which hemisphere we are in.
Here are some happy little cards made with a new stamp set from Darkroom Door, using hand carved designs from Godelieve Tjiskens at StampingMathilda. They just make me smile - and they inked up so beautifully with brush markers and multi-hued ink pads, so much fun.
Stamps: Darkroom Door (images, 'thinking of you' text and 'hello' text) -
Stampers Anonymous (Wendy Vecchi - 'Home, where love resides' text) -
Hero Arts (Operation Write Home - 'Looking forward to spending time together' text)
Ink: Ranger Distress Inks, Stampin' Up! brush markers and SU! Kaleidocolor ink pads
Mini star and curlicue stencils, washi tape, scallop edge punch
Love your colorful and 4th of July caravans!! Great set!
