Skywatch Friday - Hangzhou

Happy Friday friends, how are things with you? I had the most wonderful opportunity to travel to China, just got back to California this week, and have over 580 photos to take a look at. Here's one for Skywatch Friday - the beautiful lake at Hangzhou. In the distance the 'Broken Bridge', so named because in the thawing from winter, the snow melts on the sunny side first, and it looks like the bridge is broken. I do love to see the sky framed by trees and/or water, so this was a great sight for me. The green bank to the left of the bridge is a massive bed of lotus, simply amazing. Hangzhou was very hot and steamy-humid, nevertheless there were plenty of people walking around the lake, and crossing the bridge, with their umbrellas up for shade.

To see what others found when they looked up to the sky, check HERE.
